Change Movement

In 2013, LevelUp founder Lana Zumbrunn completed Crossroads' "Analyzing & Understanding Systemic Racism" training and began integrating DEI into her work. And in 2017, she started an initiative among startup ecosystem leaders regarding equal pay and access that led to the creation and cofounding of the InterCultural Unity Team at Startup Champions Network, a professional group for all ecosystem builders in the US.
